Meet our Founder
Curated Concierge began with one simple belief: asking for help should feel easy — and deeply supportive.
Founder and University of Virginia graduate Lauren Santana spent more than a decade as an educator and family assistant before turning her passion for helping others into a business that makes daily life lighter. From classrooms to cross-country travels as a private educator, she mastered the art of balancing details, anticipating needs, and creating order with warmth and calm.
After returning home to Charlottesville, Lauren saw firsthand how busy family and professional life could become — and how much difference it makes to have trusted support. She began helping families manage the behind-the-scenes details of home and life, and Curated Concierge naturally grew from there.
Today, our team continues that same mission: combining communication, resourcefulness, and genuine care to create more space for the moments that matter. Whether we’re coordinating a home reset, managing vendors, or supporting a student at UVA, we believe thoughtful help is one of life’s quiet luxuries.
